The Rogue Echo Bike V3.0 is a heavy-duty air-resistance exercise bike designed around simultaneous upper- and lower-body conditioning.

Unlike exercise bikes that use fixed magnetic resistance levels, the Echo Bike creates resistance through its large steel fan. As the rider pedals and moves the handles faster, greater airflow is generated and the resistance progressively increases.

This means there is no conventional numbered resistance dial. Workout intensity responds directly to rider effort, making the machine suitable for controlled steady sessions as well as short interval-based training.

The exact Version 3.0 uses a belt-driven steel fan system. Rogue describes the belt drive as providing a smooth and consistent riding experience while avoiding the drivetrain characteristics of traditional chain-driven fan bikes.

The bike’s frame is manufactured from several heavy steel tubing profiles and finished in a textured black powder coat. At 123 lb, the substantial frame mass is designed to keep the bike stable during higher-output sessions. Rubber leveling feet are fitted beneath the base tubes to improve floor contact and compensate for slightly uneven surfaces.

The V3.0 includes Rogue’s connected LCD console as standard. The console supports Bluetooth and ANT+, allowing compatible heart-rate equipment and supported cycling applications to communicate with the bike.

Workout information includes interval data, distance, calories, heart-rate information when a compatible transmitter is connected, and other session metrics.

Built-in workout modes include preset interval formats as well as customizable targets. Rogue specifically lists 20/10 intervals, 10/20 intervals, custom work/rest intervals, and targets for time, distance, or calories.

The standard V3.0 console operates from four AA batteries, which Rogue includes with the bike. An external electrical outlet is therefore not required for normal operation of the standard console.

For rider positioning, the seat provides extensive adjustment. Rogue’s current specification lists 11 vertical height positions and five front-to-back settings. This allows the saddle position to be adapted to different users without replacing components.

Large 1.5-inch-diameter rubber grip handles are welded directly to the arm assemblies for rigidity. During operation, the handles move with the drivetrain, allowing the arms and legs to contribute simultaneously.

The V3.0 also includes a steel step plate, rotating foot pegs and metal pedals. The stationary foot pegs allow a user to rest the legs while continuing supported upper-body movement.

Despite its 123-lb weight, the machine remains movable. Rogue fits 1-inch polyurethane transport wheels to the front of the frame so the assembled bike can be tilted and rolled to another position.

The complete machine measures approximately 55 inches long × 29.5 inches wide × 52.25 inches high, while the main floor footprint is approximately 44.5 × 23.75 inches. Rogue rates the Echo Bike V3.0 for a maximum user weight of 330 lb.
